From the time we hired her, we felt that great vibe as if everything was gonna be alright even tough she was the 3rd person we had hired to get it done despite the fact that we have never met her. In the process of getting it done, she did for us what only a family member or a great friend would do, she waited at the house on multiple occasions for the repair man to come and fix various major and small issues. She even waited for the Water and Gas company when it was necessary, things we would not have been able to do being that far away. She was always upfront, direct and impartial with her advise and we are glad we took them. Even tough the deal is done and she had her cut, we feel as if we owe forever.
