For those of you that like specifics:She asked about what I was looking for and what my deal breakers were. She listened to what was negotiable and showed me houses in the order of what fit the most with what I wanted. She NEVER showed me anything that I had stated were deal breakers.She has a great sense of humor! She is polished but relaxed. She "got" me instantly.She was complete and thorough. The closing process can be a nightmare. Barbara was right there to explain any questions, responded the same day (often the same hour) to my emails, and went above and beyond to make sure that all the parties had everything they needed from her/us well ahead of schedule.She knows the area! Already I have a growing list of vendors and restaurants from Barbara and the people she put me in contact with while I was going through the process. She made sure that I knew where the local pet store, Target, grocery stores, and coffee places were within 1 mile of my new house.
