Kevin was an integral part of our experience as sellers of our home. From the beginning of the process, he guided us through every step of the way. He was very good at setting a timeline of all that needed to be done to sell the house. At first, he met with us and listened to our hopes and concerns about selling our home. He gave us advice on how to prepare our home for selling it and took care of calling and scheduling contractors for painting and repairs. He was able to schedule these appointments right away. All of the contractors he hired were very professional and did a very good job on the house. Kevin also met with us to discuss how much to list the house for, and he was very knowledgeable about the current housing market and how much houses were selling for in the area. He guided us to strategically list our house at a price that could bring a good amount of traffic of potential buyers to see the house but that was also in the ballpark of what we were hoping to sell for.
