We were referred to Zach by a family member after they had a positive experience with him during a home purchase. I couldn't imagine the process being much smoother than it was with Zach. He was very flexible when arranging times to tour homes in the Baltimore area, gave good input, and was able to answer questions about buying a home in the area (or find someone that knew the answer). Things got even better during the paperwork and negotiation phases as he always seemed to be available when we needed him and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. We were able to feel confident in what we were signing. In terms of negotiation, he got us the price we wanted and was able to negotiate for all of our desired repairs. By far the smoothest and easiest homebuying process ever. I was with a previous realtor for over a year and the house fell out of contract twice and experienced a plethora of inexperienced mistakes.
