Through it all, though, Banesa was responsive and professional. During the six month listing escrow fell through twice before the house finally sold. Banesa was able to get us close to our asking price and was very diligent in helping us save money here and there as we approached closing. The one complaint that I made to her was that I wanted more Open Houses and for her to be present at more of the Open Houses and showings. As stressful as selling a house can be at times, in the end we enjoyed working with Banesa and would definitely recommend her as an agent.
