Clean and paint. Those two things will add so much value and make your home feel most appealing to buyers. It's the cheapest and easiest way to bolster the price of your home.

Recently I helped some sellers with their multi-family property. After the appraisal we learned much of the exterior trim needed the peeling paint scraped off and re-painted. The buyer's agent and I got together on a weekend and spent a few hours doing the work so help our clients. The second appraisal went off without a hitch and we closed on time with happy parties all around!

I've worked in customer service and sales for about 15 years, and when I was trying out being a stay-at-home mom I realized I really love to work with people. I'd considered getting licensed for years, and I'm so glad I did. This has proven to be the most rewarding career choice for me and I love coming to work every day. Plus, my husband is more than happy to take over the child-rearing duties at home!

I have a Bachelor's degree in fine arts and worked as an actor for years, while simultaneously working in retail sales. These skills are unique to the real estate industry, and allow me to think on my feet, remember countless details most people forget, and keep my head under pressure. Plus, I'm a lot of fun!
