About Bailey Hutchinson

Bailey is a 3rd generation Jacksonville, Fl. native. Being born and raised on the First Coast, she is very familiar with all areas of Jacksonville. As a young professional who has lived in other cities and states she can truly say that Jacksonville is by far her favorite place she's ever lived and she believes it's a great place to find community and raise a family. One of her favorite parts of living here is being so close to the beach! Bailey graduated from The University of Florida in 2012 with a Bachelors in Business Administration and went on from there to work in Human Resources and Recruitment. Shortly after, she married her high school sweetheart and they settled down in a bungalow in Ortega. In 2016 they welcomed their sweet baby girl into the world and have been smitten ever since! Bailey treats every client like she would want to be treated. With honesty, fairness and respect. Her number one goal is to make her client happy and help them accomplish their goals by purchasing and selling real estate. Fun Facts: She has been married for 6 years to her high school sweetheart. She has a 4 year old daughter. She is a type 3 on the enneagram. She is an avid Peloton Spinner. She can't resist a good frozen margarita (or tacos). Her idea of a perfect day is spending time with her family at the beach or by the pool

As indicated above, Ms Hutchinson is very good doing her job. She knows all the intricate detail for selling as well as home buying.
