Our family was new to Bergen county and we couldnt have asked for a better person to guide and help us learn about the area towns and locate our home. Bahr has extensive knowledge about the technical aspects of a home, current market knowledge, and what towns would fit our familys personality and budget. This was our first suburban home purchase, and he was able to point out the various aspects of each home. Being a Bergen county native, he was also able to help us find a town that would be the perfect fit for us.A He is extremely patient and very easy to work with. After about six months of searching, we found our perfect home. We have since been incredibly thankful for Bahr, and highly recommend him to help you with your home search. His combined skillsets and friendly attitude make him a joy to work with.

Bahr was amazing to work with! He sold our Englewood, NJ home in under one week, was upfront, knowledgeable, responsive, and made himself available to us all the time. He also found us a beautiful home within a crunched timeline and always brought up important considerations and details to consider in decision-making. He has referred many great tradespeople and never made us feel pressured while having the right strategy to get us the home we wanted within our budget. We were first time homebuyers and I can't imagine having a better person working with us than Bahr. When we first started looking, we weren't even 100% sure we were ready to buy a house, but Bahr was happy to show us houses at our own pace. He was incredibly responsive, especially when we had questions about a particular house or about the market in general. Once we decided we were prepared to make an offer on a house, he walked us through the process very attentively and patiently tolerated all of my anxiety-induced questions.
