ZillowVERIFIEDWe utilized Mr. Zaman back in 2018, when we needed a home to rent in Springfield, Virginia. He was helpful, but wanted to add in extra expenses at the signing of the agreement (that the tenant would pay $75/repair and the landlord would cover the rest, which wasn't in the original paperwork). Fine, no big deal. 3 years passed, so we were finally ready to leave that home as we had bought a house in Fredericksburg in Virginia. During the walkthrough, he was difficult to deal with and wanted to argue about the condition of the home, stating that "he knew and had photos" when the house was given to use in a moderate/poor condition (with many appliances being damages and near the end of their lifespan). So we paid for those to be repaired. Additionally, he spent half the walkthrough speaking in Hindi w/ the Landlord, which was extremely disrespectful. You don't talk in another language when you're speaking with the Landlord DURING the walkthrough with your tenant. I was absolutely blown away. You can find other real estate people to help you out, as Mr. Zaman doesn't always have your best interest in mind.
