Avatar Harris is a dedicated and passionate realtor serving the Greater Baltimore Area, including Baltimore City and County, Harford, Carroll and Howard Counties. Originally from Boston, she has called Maryland her home for the past 18 years. Avatar, along with her husband and two sons, has been an active part of the community, raising her children in the beautiful Hereford Zone. Recently Avatar and her family have moved to the historic Homeland community. With a diverse professional background that spanned 20 years in the public relations and energy industry, Avatar brings a unique skill set to the world of residential real estate. Her love for real estate, design, and architecture has always been a driving force in her life, making her transition to becoming a realtor a natural and exciting step.     I first met Avatar Harris in 2017 when I was looking to buy a house. She was the agent assigned to me at Next Step Realty. She listens, evaluates your needs, and works with you, she even makes recommendations regarding how to structure your loan and financials such that I only had to write a check for $216.00 at closing, nothing more! She is Amazing!, easy to work with and always happy to help or lend a hand. After this wonderful experience with her, guess who I reached out to when I wanted to upsize? One and the same Avatar Harris! Why try someone new when you have a tried and true? Again she worked her magic with the loan process and financial companies so I was able to close in 35 days on time with no delays. She was an immense help when it came to making a winning offer in this highly competitive market. She is a keeper and go to person for all real estate needs. She runs a one stop shop. I highly recommend her and her team with no reservations whatsoever.

A co-worker went through several agents before discovering Avatar; hearing about how much better she was than any of their previous agents really sold me on seeking her help for myself.
