Working with Ava to find a home as been an amazing ride that I will be more than excited to go at it again later on down the road. When I found a home of interest to look at, she made sure to have information on it back asap to take a look inside. Every house I went through she went over every detail of the home to know what I would be walking into if I decided to purchase it, she would tell me the next few hours or the next day to let me know if I got the house or not. She never stopped looking and sending me links of houses to look over and I did the same. When I found the house I now own since yesterday, I told her I I wanted to go all in with it, and later on that day she gave me the good news of the owners of the home accepting my offer. After that, the process of getting it went by EXTREMELY quick and smoothly. And she's so friendly that she's your agent and your friend.
