Autumn is very personable and a great help. We moved across the country all the way from WI to Clermont, FL and Autumn has been guiding us from the start. She contacted me initially 3 months before our visit to the area. We chatted often since and she was always available to answer any questions. She and her team advocated for us while we can't be physically in the area during the negotiation. Even after closing, she checked on our house before we were able to move in. She also received our car delivery, which may not be a typical realtor job. She has gone above and beyond. I am not a person that trusts people easily, however, upon meeting Autumn for the first time I felt instantly at ease with her and trusted her. She is extremely professional and will absolutely go that extra mile to do whatever it takes for her client. She actually stepped in and helped me with different things on the sale of my home that was two and a half hours away from her location to try to help me get the best price I could. And when problems came up with the sale of my home she immediately jumped into action and helped me out. She is amazing!!! I can't imagine using anybody else to sell or purchase a home but Autumn. I know I won't! Typically I do not give people referrals but I would not hesitate to refer Autumn to anybody 100%. She is not only my realtor now but she is my friend.
