1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Preapproval is a must and don't shop over your budget!

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

There's no such thing as too clean when it comes to getting market ready. If you can only do ONE thing prior to listing, it would be to give the house a good cleaning. And whatever you do, leave for the entire showing if you can. Trust me on this one!

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I'm always accepting new clients and they are across many walks of life. However, the majority of my clients are what l refer to as people in the "straddle". If you've ever said to yourself "I'd like to sell but I don't know where I'd go!" then there's a good chance I'm the perfect agent for you.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I had the opportunity to hold the listing for a wonderful mid-century modern ranch home that didn't sell the first time it was listed. It was a real passion project for me.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I started as a showing agent with a high producing team. In fact, was a part of over 60 transactions before I ever wrote my first transaction in my name. That volume and experience has been crucial to my growth as a real estate professional.
