Kelly is very knowledgeable and can provide confidence, for this reason, I would have appreciated if she would have taken the time to explain all the events, knowing that I had no experience on purchasing a house and terms as I am coming from out of country. She is not easy to reach and will push to not be part of activities, like rescheduling closing date with title company and leave paperwork last minute.
