Where do we start! We literally only trust Austin and he will forever be our realtor!! We wanted to buy a house so bad back in 2018 and had absolutely no clue what to do and where to start. We reached out to Austin and he made us a whole game plan, mindful we were in our early twenties at the time. Flash forward a year later he made our home buying dreams come true and helps us every step of the way! As many know home buying can be stressful at time and Austin has the best communicate and knows how to explain every detail! As we all think when we buy our first home, it?s going to be our forever home but at the time we were a bit naive. We were finally thinking we are ready for bigger and better things sooooo of course we have to call Austin! He advised us what he thinks is best to get the most value and 2ish years later we give him a call to sell our house! And again he exceeds our expectations! Sells our house for almost double what we bought it for! We decided to move states since then and luckily we ended up in a state that he gets to help us with our 3rd home and most definitely not our last! I just love that Austin has such heart and investment in his clients and stands behind them! We might of not kept our ?forever? home but we will FOREVER trust and use Austin as our realtor! The BEST of the BEST! Austin has been incredible!! We were first referred to him a year ago. As a first time homebuyer, there was so much that I didn?t know but Austin guided us through every step of the process. He recommended us to our lender who was also incredible! We qualified for an FHA loan and he helped us look into various homes within our budget. One thing that we appreciated the most from him was his sincerity. He keeps his clients best interests at heart. He listened and understood our needs and In the end he got us a deal that was perfect for us and our budget.
