Where do we start! We literally only trust Austin and he will forever be our realtor!! We wanted to buy a house so bad back in 2018 and had absolutely no clue what to do and where to start. The BEST of the BEST! Austin has been incredible!! We were first referred to him a year ago. As a first time homebuyer, there was so much that I didn?t know but Austin guided us through every step of the process. He recommended us to our lender who was also incredible! We qualified for an FHA loan and he helped us look into various homes within our budget. One thing that we appreciated the most from him was his sincerity. Austin and I texted and e mailed to find a house. We were still in California. He was always available. Went to different properties, took videos and sent them. Didn't actually meet until we got to Texas. Helped out even after escrow closed. Great realtor. Great experience. Highly recommended!
