Austin is a phenomenal realtor and was a pleasure to work with when it came time for us to find a home! He made the home-buying process a lot easier and helped us whenever we had any questions or concerns. He got back to every single one of our questions throughout this entire process no matter what time of day it was; he even answered our questions/concerns while he was on vacation! He was never pushy and always super friendly. He is genuine and wants what is best for the buyer/seller. We found a house we loved within a couple of weeks. Austin knows what he is doing and we would recommend him to everyone!

Austin is an amateur offering very little knowledge. Biggest mistake weve made was trusting him to help us buy our home in a new area. He sold us a home on the premise that he and his company had a handyman that could create, fix, change anything we needed. He then referred a fraud that took our money and failed to show up and do the work. When we asked Austin his advice. He simply told us to get an attorney and blocked us. Never ever ever trust Austin Hedley. Hes horrible!!!Austin ONLY wanted to make a sale!! Lied about having a contractor that his company used Often. Our inspection report was long. He told us that he had them take care of most of the list was was completely inaccurate. Were still dealing with water that takes forever to heat up. A poolThat needs refinished. A hot tub that leaks. As well as a dozen other issues. Austin only wants to seal the deal at the expense of others.

Austin was an amazing realtor! From the beginning I was not on board with my husband on selling our home. Austin knew this and took his time. I humored my husband on this idea and Austin was not pushy at all to also consider my feelings. He gave us input when needed and considered our thoughts and imput as well. We eventually sold our home and found the home of dreams thanks to Austin! We are very appreciative and thankful for all he has done!
