Despite this and due in part to his years of experience, Austin was able to anticipate the upcoming challenges we would face in selling during this unprecedented time and helped us to address those in order to mitigate many of those difficulties. Austin provided a very understandable plan to expose our home to not just the most amount of people, but more significantly the appropriate target audience who were actual prospective buyers. Because of this, at our open house we were overrun with people who despite the pandemic chose to come out and view the home. This was due to Austin's marketing strategy which evidenced to show people the features of our home that were appealing to them and functioned to highlight the areas that assisted the home to stand out among other comparable homes.My family and I are so grateful for Austin and all the time he spent making sure we were never in the dark and always understood where we were in the process and what the next step would be. He was quick to clarify probable issues that could cause hiccups so that we were never caught off guard. Despite a few unusual issues caused by the other agent and bank, Austin was able to find solutions to these unique issues in order to facilitate a timely transaction. He worked out numerous tasks that were actually the responsibly of other parties. Several parties involved were inexperienced, but that did not cause issues as Austin frequently consulted with the agent to guarantee nothing was falling through the cracks. At several times along the way there were errors made, despite it not being his obligation, Austin chose to step in to go above and beyond to ensure our closing was met by the required date.Austin is distinctive to this industry and a breath of fresh air in a climate where many display an absence of humility and honesty.
