I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it's a life-changing experience. That's why I am dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on the client's behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. I understand first hand how overwhelming and difficult buying or selling a home can be as I have been through it before myself. Agents that I have worked with in the past were concerned only with the transaction happening at the time, I want to be a friend and resource for you beyond the transaction. When I am not working for my clients, helping them to buy or sell a home I am spending time with my husband and furbabies. Currently we have 3 female black labs who are probably some of the most spoiled dogs around! I love to cook my Hello Fresh meals and could eat pasta every day if my waistline and husband would agree to that. My two other obsessions include photography and reading. My Mission Statement: My philosophy is simple: clients come first. Exceeding expectation and helping people achieve their dreams is the most important thing that I can do for all my clients. I aim to be proactive and make each transaction as stress free as possible. Ultimately to ensure that you know this is more than a single transaction to me, it is my way to contribute to you living the life of their dreams. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you're not left with an amazing experience, I haven't done my job of exceeding your expectations. I don't measure success through achievements or awards, but through relationships built and clients willingness to refer me to their friends and family.

The process of finding and purchasing a new home is very challenging and full of ups and downs. Adding on the additional issues with COVID-19 only makes it tougher. Austin was very responsive and involved throughout the entire process, always putting in the extra effort to work through issues even when they were out of her area of control. She kept me well informed during each step, and when adjustments were needed she made them as smooth as possible. Austin goes above and beyond and does everything with her clients in mind! Truly a delight to work with! She communicated in all directions and was on top of any communication, responding very quickly to any messages. She fully explained every detail for us and really made sure we understood what was going on in the process. Austin is just simply amazing. As a first time home buyer She was there for me through everything. At 21 years old she knew I had really no idea what I was doing and never once took advantage of that like some people would.
