Austin did not negotiate for me. I wound up paying top dollar for a fixerupper. When I asked him to have repair costs added he would not listen and kept pushing me into the sale. He added minimal repairs and left the bulk for me. In the end he refused to represent me and his partner took over. Too little too late for his partner. Neither of them cared about my needs. They wanted to close a sale.
