We received a contract on our home within 24 hours. He was extremely knowledgeable when we viewed homes to purchase giving us examples of what we could do and what to look for. He was always easy to contact and continuously kept us in the loop of what was going on throughout the process. Our street was unfortunately under construction during the process and he went above and beyond contacting the city to see what the status was, how long it was going to last and if specials were going to be affected.
