We have invited Audrey to assist us on the sale and purchase of 3 homes. The time she spent with us in preparing for both sale and purchase was invaluable. She begins with a market analysis to ensure our sale price is reasonable and realistic. Her marketing skills in preparation for sale are, without question, amazing. With each of our properties we were under contract in less than two weeks. She assisted us through negotiations and inspections to ensure contracts were fair and we received the best value.
