1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Have some idea as to what you are looking for in a home. Make a "Must Have" and a " it would be nice to have" list.
Have your financial documentation in order, avoid large purchases and keep all payments current.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Be proactive in preparing your home for sale. If you are aware of a pre existing problem. Take care of it prior to putting your home on the market. Be realistic with your pricing. Obtain the advice of a Real Estate Professional.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have been in the business for 20 years. I have worked with an abundance of clients. Buyers and Sellers alike.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Both Parties were realistic and fair with their requests from each sides. Twenty years in the business, if this occurs, then you are looking at a smooth transaction. Unfortunately, it doesn't happen often enough.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After finishing my MBA, and starting my family, I desired to continue working in a business environment, yet still having that flexibilty of being available to raising a young family. I minored in Real Estate while in business school, it was the perfect match.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am always taking various courses and obtaining new designations to be able to offer my clients benefits that will make their selection of me worth their while. I am a Certified Negotiations Expert, i also have my Sellers Representation Specialist designation. My major in business school is in Marketing. I obtained additional training working with Seniors, earning my Senior Real Estate Specialist designation.
