About Audra Walters

She received her Accounting and Business Administration degrees from C of C and went on to get her MBA from the Citadel. She worked in Accounting for 15+ years all while buying and selling houses on the side then she decided to take the plunge and call real-estate her full time career! Audra also owns a staging company which helps tremendously when sellers need to stage their home, especially empty ones! She also stages for other agents, her laid back style make her a highly sought after agent and stager. Audra helps both buyers and sellers. She will work tirelessly to help buyers find what they are looking for, scouring tax records and going down rabbit holes to find a special house, in a special neighborhood for her buyers. For her sellers, she help them declutter, depersonalize, and make their home show-home worthy. Audra often gets other agents listings when they can't sell them. Most recently, there was one in Hanahan listed by a prominent Mt Pleasant top agent. He couldn't sell the home, as it was empty and he doesn't stock staging inventory. We tried selling our house with another agent but we were getting negative feedback about our house. The contract expired and we hired Audra. She and her team came in and staged the house. They changed out some lighting fixtures and did a little painting. We were under contract for above asking in one day.

My wife and I absolutely loved working with Audra! She was always willing to give her honest opinion which we really appreciated!
