When Audra came to my home for her listing presentation, less than 10 minutes into the meeting I told her she had my business. I had met with several other realtors (including all of the local "top performers") to sell my home in San Juan Capistrano, and it was clear right away that Audra was going to do the best job - it wasn't even a close call.Audra clearly understands the local market and the business, financial and strategic factors that were required to get me the best results. Her get to the point style and complete confidence in her recommendations were exactly what I wanted, and she didn't disappoint!It was early in the pandemic when showing and selling a home had all kinds of unique challenges, and Audra worked tirelessly. We did quite a bit of work to get the home ready and Audra was involved every step of the way. Every realtor that wanted to show the house, Audra would pre-screen to make sure they were working with a qualified buyer. She personally came to my home before each showing, made sure everything was perfect, stayed for the showing to make sure all questions were answered on the spot, and then she would give me a follow up call to brief me on each showing. She was always accessible and always kept me in the loop. She handled every aspect of the sale with that same level of involvement (inspections, appraisal, repairs, etc.).If you're buying or selling in San Juan Capistrano you would be crazy not to at least meet with Audra before selecting your realtor.There are very few people in any profession that I recommend to my friends, and I've never written an on-line review for anyone. Audra is the exception.
