This is my second time working with Aubrey on buying a house and first time selling with her. Lets start with selling - Aubrey really did her homework (as did I) and we came up with the same listing price we thought we could get. She a solid plan to generate buzz by having a coming soon campaign then a full list campaign. The team she uses for pictures did a wonderful job capturing the beauty of the house. As a result, a full price offer came less than 24 hours of being on the market and the house closed on time. Now on to buying - Aubrey knew the area I wanted to be in and we even looked at homes well before my house was listed. She met me in pouring down rain (quite the adventure) one night after work to see a few houses. Once we found the perfect house, Aubrey put together a solid offered. The seller had another offer and asked that all parties submit their best and final. Aubrey proposed several things to strengthen our offer (which didnt necessarily include going well above our initial $$$ offer). To cut to the chase, I got the house and couldnt be happier with the location and the house itself. Aubrey is professional, personal, intuitive and knows the Austin market. I would use her again in a heartbeat (although I hope I dont move again).
