Times are changing and my team is on the forefront of that change here in Oklahoma. The days of sellers not having a choice except to pay 6% (3% to list and 3% to buyer's agent) to sell their home are over. The intersection of new technologies and extensive transactional experience is where you find my team and me. We offer all the marketing, negotiation and one on one consultation that a 3% listing agent historically offered. However, our seller's save thousands with only investing 1% of the sales price to have their homes listed. As a reminder, The buyer agent commission is still typically @3% of the sale price. The other difference with The Real Estate Lab is that there are no asterisks or "strings" to our offer to sell your home. There are no hidden fees and you are never required to use our company to help you purchase your next home. We truly feel that 1% commission to list, market and negotiate your home sale is a fair price. I have worked with Aubrey since 2014, I have sold 1 home and bought 2. Wouldnt use anyone else. Very responsive to all my communications either by text or email. Has a lot of resources available to assist to any issues that come up. Will tell you straight to not lead you to something that would not work. Aubrey's understanding and knowledge of the housing environment was a great asset in the selling of our home. He was always available for consultation and guidance about any issues, from putting our house on the market, to problems found during the inspection. The interest rates eliminated a great deal of potential buyers. Aubrey had an open house and stayed late to solidify a relationship with the person, who turned out to be the prospective buyer.
