We first worked with Aubrey and her team in 2018 when we relocated to Saratoga Springs, NY. We had a very tight timeline with some unique requirements, e.g. walking distance to downtown, modern/updated home, space for a family of four with five pets. She immediately found us several properties within a week that we loved, and we closed the deal very quickly. Six and half years later when we were ready to sell, we contacted Aubrey again and we literally sold our house the first week it was listed! Her knowledge of the market is unmatched, she is super professional and truly a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Aubrey!

We recently used Aubrey and her team to sell my mothers house. We met with 3 other realtors and was most impressed by her. The house was in need of updating to get top dollar. We told her we wanted to sell as is. She agreed not putting pressure on us to do improvements. The team did the pictures and pamphlets and we were impressed. We agreed on a listing price and it was put out on the web. There were many showings and lots of traffic at the open house. We ended up getting an offer of $60k more than asking. She received the offer walked us thru and closed quickly. The marketing she did I feel helped us get top dollar. I would use her again if I had a house to sell in the Capital District.

My wife and I were selling our home of 33 years. We had never sold a home before. We didn't know what we didn't know. We interviewed several agents. We immediately felt comfortable with Aubrey. She was thorough in explaining the process. She made recommendations for preparing the house for sale-things to do AND things NOT to do. She had a list of vendors to help us prepare the house-ALL were excellent. We discussed the neighborhood, condition of the house and price. She listened. She was patient. She appreciated OUR perspective and her confidence put us at ease. We agreed on a selling price that was almost exactly what I had determined. With her marketing expertise (pictures, video, brochure), we had 9 private showings in the first 3 days, 14 attendees at an open house and 3 offers within 6 days...all offers were at or above the asking price.
