In 2000, we were looking for a new home, and Attila was patiently showing several, though it never materialized. We ended up buying one which was listed by the owner. For some reason, Attila and I never got back in touch. Fast forward to 2021, we put our home up for sale ourselves, and Attila was the first one to reach out and bring us a client. Recognizing him, we had a nice conversation, and realized we havent changed much. Quickly, we had a potential buyer (who didnt have an agent). Knowing Attila, we hired him as a contracting agent, and it was a very good decision as the contract went so smoothly for us and the buyer. Attila wrote the contract, started on the escrow, checked with the loan, and kept me up-to-date with everything etc... All the processes were followed to a T. ALL 5 stars from me and my wife for Attila! We recently moved down from NYC, by chance met Attila at a showing and we are super happy we did. We looked and found a home in Northern Broward, Attila was more like a friend, a coach and advisor rather than just an agent to us. He guided us every step of the way. He handled our barrage of questions like a champ, always being available for us and always knowing how to handle whatever we threw at him.
