You really feel like his only client. Any trepidations we shared, he helped us through with logical advice. Anything that happened you can bet hes already dealt with and easily guided us through our purchase. Buying property can be scary but he knows ALL the right people .. from financing to contractors. Atlas was/is in every sense of the word PROFESSIONAL. I have worked with many real estate agents in the past, (previous home building business), and none has cared as much as he does. We sat down on day one and discussed, in great detail, the price ranges that he felt my home would sell based on the current market conditions. Atlas also provided copious amounts of information that described our home comps/competition in the marketplace giving us an educated path forward to sell. He told me how many showings on average it takes and a timeframe for a smooth closing. He hit the nail on the head! After each showing clear details came back from the buyer's agents of what/how we measured up and if it was suitable to their needs without me having to ask for them. Responses came within hours, not days. At no time did I ever have any doubt he would get the job done. The listing was spot on, detailed and, again, very professionally presented. The photographer, listing and paperwork was crystal clear and spot on. Every I was dotted, and every T crossed. We were closed in 68 days. You cannot find a better agent in the business of getting your home sold. To say Atlas knows his stuff is a huge understatement. And furthermore, his support staff/team were timely, accurate and on top of their job during the entire process as well. You CAN'T find a better Real Estate Agent than Atlas! Trust us. If you are searching for a real estate agent who is present, dependable, reliable, professional, kind, and makes you feel like your needs are first priority, Atlas is your agent! I interviewed a few great realtors, but Atlas had the upper hand due to his promptness, excellent communication, and abundance of pre-interview material. He uses excellent communication methods and responds quickly to provide detailed information, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. The interview proceeded quite well, and he was immensely patient answering all my questions. To my surprise, Atlas gave the house a significantly higher valuation than any of the other brokers. However, after seeing all the excellent information he had given me, I was sure he would sell the house quickly and for a good price! And he did! Despite the fact that I was moving out of town, the selling process went really easy for me. With the help of his excellent staff, Atlas organized the deep cleaning, staging, and any required repairs. The professional photos of the house were breathtakingly beautiful. Atlas put the house up for sale two weeks after the interview day, and I was able to sell it to the first visitors excellent offer. Selling or buying real estate is a significant deal, and the process can be very intimidating for a first-time seller like me. I am glad I didnt settle for good; I got THE BEST! Call Atlas!
