About Ashlyne Borruso

I was born and raised in East Lansing, and recently moved to Delta Township. I represent both sellers and buyers primarily around the Greater Lansing Area, but also throughout the state. I work with homes in all price ranges, as well as luxury homes, vacant land, and commercial properties. I proudly specialize in working with first-time home buyers. One of the greatest feelings is giving a new home buyer the key to a home they can finally call their own. I am an enthusiastic member of the community who takes pride in showing clients the best that this area has to offer. My community is very important to me, and I enjoy attending local events, visiting parks, farmers markets, local restaurants, and staying current on new amenities this area has to offer to it's residents. I am also a member of the GLAR Community Enhancement Crew, which aims to improve the quality of our local neighborhoods through volunteer work. Ashlyne has always been great to work with! When I bought my first house with her, she helped me find a local lender to get my mortgage from and also recommeded great inspectors. She was really patient with me as I looked at probably 25-30 homes before finding the right one. She was so quick in writing my offer and helped me get my house in a multiple offer situation. I was very nervous about this process since there are so many steps but she took care of everything and made this a lot easier for me than I had expected. Since then Ive used her services on other occasions, and have recommended her to multiple friends and family members who have all been super happy with her services too.

Ashlyne was great. She helped me buy a new home and sell my old one. I specifically needed an agent who was familiar with home modifications for wheelchair users and someone who was willing to preview homes for me to make sure they could be made accessible BEFORE I made arrangements to view a home. Finding a wheelchair accessible home is extremely difficult, and most people don't have the knowledge to identify if a home is/could be made accessible. So often, folks think any ramp = wheelchair accessible; that's far from true. Ashlyne helped me find a great home AND helped me sell my old home quickly. I think I got my offer in 21 days.
