ZillowVERIFIEDAshland helped our family find the perfect piece of property for us to build a house on. We were not familiar with buying land so with her knowledge she was able to negotiate in our favor for the seller to pay some of closing and some of the roll back taxes. We were willing to pay full asking price and assumed we would have to pay all of closing and all of the roll back taxes because the research we did said that is normal when buying land. Most realtors would have been more than happy allowing us to pay full asking price and pay for everything because we were willing to but she believed that she could save us a lot of money and still keep the sellers happy. With her advice we had a contract signed within 24 hours. With this market right now getting a contract signed without having to pay full asking price is slim to none so we were extremely happy. We also appreciate Ashlyn being very respectful to the sellers as well. That goes a long way with us because at the end of the day I want everyone to walk away happy with the deal. We have worked with several realtors in the past and overall Ashlyn has been the best by far.
