I am delighted to report that my recent experience with Ashley Ziviello was THE most positive experience I've had with a realtor in years!! Her honesty, integrity, and work ethic were all uber-commendable. Somehow, she managed to reply to all of my (many, many) inquiries within an amazingly short amount of time. I don't know WHEN she got any sleep, because, at MIDNIGHT or even 1AM, I would think of crazy questions to ask her, and then I'd go to bed, only to find the next day that she had replied to my inquiry at 1 or 2AM!! Some agents will tell you they are ALWAYS ON CALL. Ashley doesn't just tell you that; she really is!! She even interrupted her family time to work on selling my house.
