I'm also an avid traveler who enjoys discovering new places and cultures, but I'm equally happy hosting family gatherings or enjoying a cozy night in with a good book. I have a passion for home design and renovation, constantly finding inspiration for new ways to make a house feel like home. Supporting local events, exploring unique restaurants, and staying active in my community are also things I truly enjoy. These hobbies keep me grounded and connected, helping me stay refreshed and ready to serve my clients.

    We HIGHLY recommend Ashley!! She worked with us and found us the PERFECT home!!! We were moving from out of state and wanted to make sure that we found not only the perfect home for us but in a safe area. We told her exactly what we wanted and she delivered.       1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

      My biggest advice to buyers is to take your time and be prepared. Start by getting pre-approved for a mortgage so you know your budget and can act quickly when you find the right home. It’s also important to make a list of your must-haves and deal-breakers, but stay flexible—you may find the perfect home in a way you didn’t expect. Work with an experienced REALTOR® who knows the local market (like me!) to guide you through the process, from finding properties to negotiating the best deal. And remember, don’t let emotions take over—buying a home is a big decision, so stay focused on what works best for your long-term goals. Most importantly, enjoy the journey! This is an exciting step toward finding your perfect place

      2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

      My advice to sellers is to focus on preparation and presentation. Start by making your home as appealing as possible—declutter, deep clean, and take care of any necessary repairs or updates. A fresh coat of paint and simple landscaping can go a long way in making a great first impression. Pricing your home correctly is also crucial. An experienced REALTOR® (like me!) can help you determine a competitive price that attracts buyers while maximizing your return. Be sure to stage your home effectively for photos and showings—buyers need to envision themselves living there. Finally, be patient and flexible. The right buyer is out there, and with professional marketing, strategic negotiations, and the right expertise, we can make the process smooth and stress-free. Selling a home is a team effort, and I’ll be with you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals!

      3) What types of clients have you worked with?

      I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients throughout my real estate career. From first-time homebuyers taking their first steps into homeownership to seasoned investors looking for lucrative opportunities, I tailor my services to meet each client’s unique needs. I’ve helped families find their dream homes, assisted out-of-state buyers relocating to Arkansas, and worked with sellers looking to upgrade or downsize. My expertise extends to commercial clients seeking office or retail spaces and individuals buying or selling recreational and agricultural land, such as hunting properties or farmland. No matter the client, my focus is always on providing personalized, professional service to make the buying or selling process as seamless and rewarding as possible.

      4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

      One recent transaction that stands out involved helping a young family relocate to Central Arkansas from out of state. They were looking for a home in Greenbrier that offered enough space for their growing family, access to great schools, and a large backyard for their kids to play. We worked closely together, starting with virtual showings since they couldn’t be in town initially. Once they narrowed down their choices, I scheduled an efficient in-person tour during their visit. I advocated for them during negotiations, ensuring they got a fair price and favorable terms, including a seller credit to assist with some minor updates they wanted to make. Seeing their excitement on closing day was the best part of the process. They were so grateful for the seamless experience, and it reminded me why I love what I do—helping families find not just a house, but a home where they can create lasting memories.

      5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

      My journey in real estate began over 20 years ago, fueled by a passion for helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. I initially worked in the mortgage industry, where I gained a deep understanding of financing and the behind-the-scenes processes of buying a home. Over time, I realized I wanted to have a more direct impact on clients by guiding them through every step of their real estate journey—not just financing. Becoming a REALTOR® allowed me to combine my knowledge of mortgages with my love for homes and community. Since then, I’ve built my career helping buyers and sellers across Central Arkansas, from Little Rock to Greenbrier and everywhere in between. Every transaction is an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else!
