Ashley is friendly, communicates well, explains the terms and conditions clearly and draws ones attention to the relevant and critical terms and conditions of an offer and counter offers, including time frame. As a foreign seller, time lines were critical as I was not in the USA for closure. She followed up all documents and every step of the sale, even when an accountant and/or Land Title representative was appointed. As a considerably younger person, without the extensive negotiating experience had by me, my refusal to counter offer on a number of occasions probably surprised her. Ashleys negotiating skills were smooth, but I suspect are now tougher and 5 star as a result of this particular transaction..

Ashley was everything we could have hoped for in an agent while we bought our first home. She answered all of our many, MANY questions, and she was always there to answer my calls and calm my nerves.
