ZillowVERIFIEDAshley was a great realtor for us as first time home buyers. She was patient with us even when we had to hold off an extra year from purchasing a home. Since she runs a local agency, she has a great network of local mortgage brokers and home inspectors. Her team is also very reliable and always arrived on time for showings. She also had a good grasp of the Greater Grand Rapids real estate market and what is takes to get an offer accepted. She has a good attitude and wont pressure you to submit an offer you arent comfortable with. She ultimately got our offer accepted for our new house at asking price, and we were allowed an inspection for informational purposes only. This was only a 20 year old house as well. We were very happy with the outcome in such a competitive market. I would highly recommend her and her team if you are looking for a realtor.
