There are not enough adjectives to express how wonderful of a job Ashley has done. Ashley help me buy my home in 2017 and then again helped me sell it five years later in 2022 (relocated for work). The housing market had started to take a steep decline due to rising rates but Ashley helped me remain calm and basically got me asking price. Not only is she knowledgable about the markets, but her personality and even-keeled demeanor make her the perfect individual to help any buyer or seller find/sell a home. Ashleys negotiation tactics are superb, I was able to walk away in both instances ecstatic. When I first purchased my home I was sad to learn I got outbid but several weeks later Ashley learned the deal fell through and contacted me immediately. When I sold my home she made sure I didnt give in to every demand from the buyer and made it comfortable for both sides of the contract. Lastly, I was in-between moves and had a newborn and she could not have made our lives easier. She shipped us items to Hawaii, watched over the house and got it sold while I was out of town. This realtor is honestly the BEST! She helped us get a great deal on a house, all the whole taking a very painstaking process and making it enjoyable. She showed the utmost professionalism and was very transparent about whats realistic and whats not. That being said, she never pushed us into a bad deal just to get the commission and stayed with us until we found the house we truly wanted. Ashley is AMAZING. A few things that really stand out about her: 1) She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, whether you are a buyer or a seller. Ashley provided a wealth of insight for my situation, and always clearly explained pros/cons, as well as made awesome suggestions. 2) Listened to my preferences! I didn?t even know what I preferred when I started my housing search, but as we looked at more properties, she picked up quickly on my patterns to learn what I gravitated towards. I really REALLY appreciated that. 3) Punctual! Ashley was always at appointments before me. Always on time, always responsive, reliable, and really thorough with everything. That made the process feel so easy. 4) Great network of people to help! Ashley knows the Utah market so well that she also knows a lot of other reliable contacts. For example, she put me in contact with a good handyman, my lender, and was even able to have her business partner let me into a house while she was out of town on vacation. I really think this is a crucial part of the real estate process, and as a client, it removes so much stress and worry. Lastly, Ashley is just all around strong, fun, and I?ll actually miss going to see houses with her!
