Ashley is a superb real estate agent. After we interviewed multiple agents, all was a toss-up. The candidates all seemed the same with exception to their company logos. That is until we interviewed Ashley. Unlike the other candidates, Ashley arrived on time. And so she did! Her compassion, competence and boundless energy achieved what other realtors could not. She personally participated in all showings, a critical factor for a unique property without truly representative "comparables". After her thorough and effective presentations at the Open House and at each and every viewing, reviewing listing features (and crucially, the many amenities), the buyers simply fell in love with our home (and maybe Ashley too). We received two simultaneous offers at, or close to, the listed price; unfortunately, the appraisal came in far below it. As noted, the buyers loved our home, due in no small part to Ashley.
