John and Ashley Rawls helped my wife and I through the difficult time of downsizing from our large home in Bullard to an over 55 community home development in Tyler. We are thankful that were there for us both, helping us not only with logistical process of buying and selling of both properties but also with the emotional stresses of downsizing! John and Ashley (who he lovingly calls the BOSS) were ALWAYS a phone call away in when questions arose and promptly got back to us. They helped us through the new paperwork and regulations and coordinated the closing of both the sale and purchase on the same day! We connected with Amy Corley via a random Zillow request for a home tour and we sure hit the jackpot! Amy was super-accommodating of our schedule as we passed through east Texas on our way back to the Midwest. She showed us just two houses, but the first one was The One! Amy was familiar with the community we chose and was able answer our many questions about the area and the HOA. She was also super quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails as we negotiated the buying process from out-of-state. She made everything much less stressful for us and made the long-distance sale seem like no problem. We appreciated her efforts so much and love our new home in Texas!
