We connected with Amy Corley via a random Zillow request for a home tour and we sure hit the jackpot! Amy was super-accommodating of our schedule as we passed through east Texas on our way back to the Midwest. She showed us just two houses, but the first one was The One! The Rawls helped my wife and I both sell and buy a home. This was my third time buying and second time selling, so I have worked with other agents. The other agents I've used were good, but the Rawls were categorically a cut above. Two main points I would emphasize are: 1. They have a lot of experience with houses, both old and new, so were excellent with house hunting. For example, when I had questions about a septic tank that had not been serviced in a long time, they were able to share about similar situations they had already seen. When there was a house with solar panels, they had already worked with houses with them and knew what to expect. This sort of knowledge is critical, since it means you'll have experienced guidance when making one of life's largest investments. 2. They handled the sale of our property with high efficiency. They had pictures taken, set an asking price, and had the property ready to sell promptly. I really don't have a lot to say on this, since the whole process went so smoothly, but that is what makes it note-worthy. They also communicated promptly, were excellent with negotiations, and were in general pleasant to work with. I have a lot more I could add, too. Really, by the time we got to closing I felt almost guilty for how much work they had to put in. They were definitely worth every penny.
