ZillowVERIFIEDAshley is with you all the way-she wants a sale-at your expense! Ashley is friendly and energetic and returns all your calls and e-mails until you sign a contract, then she ghosts you. I worked with Ashly for numerous months to purchase a home remotely prior to relocation to Charlottesville. I had some familiarity with the area but relied on her to assist in finding a property. I wanted something close to downtown Charlottesville. After submitting numerous offers for numerous properties and not winning an offer, a home was finally found! Ashley visited the property and assured me it was exactly what I was looking for. What she didn't tell me was it was remote and at least a 40 minute commute to downtown Charlottesville and none of the photos Ashley provided showed the massive septic tank system and the propane tank with peeling paint, despite the home only being 3 yrs old! I trusted Ashley to do the walk through at closing and she said it was fine. In reality the property was filthy and the previous owners left garbage and items in the home. I ended up selling the property six months later because it was such a bad fit. Buyer beware-Ashley is not your friend!
