Ashley went above and beyond for me. All I had to do was tell her what I was looking for and she did the rest. She had looked at several different homes in different locations and we finally were able to agree on one. She had everything set up and organized so well all I had to do was check my email for the application and just efile the lease and bam we got our keys and started moving in. I definitely recommend using the Murdocks. Very respectful couple and they go above for others.

Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout my home selling process. We faced adversity with bank transferring our mortgage right before closing, Ashley stayed in constant contact with the title company and new financing company to get the details finalized so we could get the closing taken care of.
