I would highly recommend the Chord Team to sell your home. From start to finish they made it a seamless process. Ashley is very knowledgeable with the market trends and sold our home for over asking price and before it was fully on the market. The only regret in selling that quickly is that we didn't get to see it fully staged with some of the upgrades and vision of their "staging guru" Van!!
