He worked promptly to arrange our first showing. When that wasn't the right home for us, Grayson suggested a few other homes that had what we were looking for. I appreciated his approach of customer service, not sales. Grayson did such a fantastic job of matching what we told him our priorities were with a house that was on the market at the time. He was very focused on our wants and needs. Grayson seemed very knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer a lot of regional market questions.Grayson did an excellent job of following up with all of the details between our offer and the closing and worked very hard to make sure all details were handled and taken care of.
