4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently helped sell a property that involved a trust, and the process went exceptionally smoothly thanks to the sellers trusting my expertise every step of the way. From the beginning, we discussed upfront costs like the survey, appraisal, and potential expenses that could come from the home inspection. The sellers were prepared and fully aware of what to expect.
We took a strategic and aggressive approach to marketing, including a well-promoted open house that attracted around 15 potential buyers. Thanks to this effort, we received a cash offer the very next day! While there were some uncertainties with the estate and the seller needing to sign remotely from out of town, we navigated these challenges seamlessly.
By trusting the process and following my guidance, the transaction closed on time and went smoothly—resulting in a great outcome for the seller.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I've always enjoyed looking at houses for as long as I can remember. I would day dream about houses on Zillow and look at various markets to see the difference in pricing. In 2020, I finally decided to make the jump to get my real estate license. I was (at that time) a 5th Grade Math Teacher and knew I was being called to do something greater.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I hold a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Education and spent four years teaching 5th grade math. This background in education has given me strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide clients through complex processes—just like I did with my students. Additionally, my 2.5 years as a Zillow Sales Executive provided me with in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, marketing strategies, and how to leverage online platforms to maximize exposure for my clients' properties. These experiences combine to help me provide top-notch service, clear guidance, and effective marketing for both buyers and sellers.
