ZillowVERIFIEDAshley was a saint! I had a different realtor originally. I had been in contact with the original realtor for weeks in preparation of selling my home. I gave him two weeks notice of the date that Id be ready to list. On that date, he called and delayed the listing by a couple more days. Then showed up with only his phone to take photos. He took another two days to post online. The pictures were horrible and the description had spelling & grammar errors. He lied to me about the number of showings and when an offer came in that was a real joke, he forgot to check the box saying that I was rejecting the offer. Thank goodness I caught that. After that, I fired him. Ashley graciously jumped in and had my house back on the market quickly, efficiently and effectively. She had an awesome camera with her and also scheduled a professional photographer to come ASAP. The day the photographer came was the same day my house sold. Not only did she do a great job selling my home, she pitched in to help me get the last of my belongings out for a quick closing. Ashley has a huge heart and a very strong and honest work ethic. I would definitely use her again and highly recommend her!

In the beginning of the process, she made herself readily available to view listings with us, which was key in a very competitive market. We made good offers on several homes, but were outbid in crazy bidding wars (not her fault at all, just the market being crazy). But when saw an awesome new listing one morning she immediately set up a viewing. By noon the same day we had submitted an offer and had it accepted. We were able to beat out the competitors due to her being on the ball! There were a few hiccups along the way with the current owners not wanting to negotiate on certain things that should have been their responsibility to fix. Ashley created a friendly rapport with their agent and was able to get him to agree to fix the things we wanted fixed before we moved in. I firmly believe that her negotiation skills saved us thousands of dollars. As far as the paperwork and such was concerned, Ashley was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. We never worried that she might not know what she was doing, as she is obviously very competent. We would absolutely work with Ashley again. We would trust her with selling our home as well as purchasing a new one.
