About Ashley Danes

I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. I have been guiding my clients through buying and selling their homes since becoming a licensed real estate agent in January 2006. I am a fierce negotiator that ensures my clients keep more money in their pocket. My attention to detail makes me an expert at crafting real estate contracts that protect my clients. My capacity to think outside of the box to overcome obstacles and get the deal closed sets me apart from other agents. I pride myself on my commitment to my clients through excellent communication, expert knowledge on the local market and in best real estate practices, and going above and beyond to exceed my client's expectations and make their home ownership dreams a reality. For me, it's not enough to just be professional, it also has to be personal. I build relationships and create connections with my clients that extend far beyond their real estate transaction - they often become lifelong friends. In addition to selling real estate, I own and operate my property management company, Danes & Co. Property Management.
