I feel absolutely blessed to have been able to work with Ashley. We initially reached out to Ashley because she is very involved in the community and is a huge advocate for disadvantaged people. Ashley builds genuine relationships with her clients and community; she never made us feel like we were "just a job". As first time home buyers, we had LOTS of questions, and Ashley would always respond to our questions quickly, concisely, and in a way that made you excited to learn about the industry. She has a great pulse on the local market and was exceptional at helping us manage our expectations. At one point, we needed to take a break from our search due to some financial issues, and Ashley was very understanding - she ensured us that she would be readily available to take us back on when we were ready with absolutely no pressure. When we were able to start looking again, Ashley was great in pointing out positives and negatives with properties, often alerting us to potential issues at properties that we didn't notice. We never felt pressure from Ashley to look at any specific properties, to put offers down, etc. She would listen to what we wanted and would help manage our expectations respectfully. Ashley's industry knowledge helped us navigate the wild housing market in a way that greatly benefitted us as buyers. Once she helped us draft an accepted offer, Ashley continued to connect with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and clearly outlined our next steps. She was able to anticipate possible hang-ups throughout the inspection and appraisal portion of the purchase and we were able to get these concerns addressed prior to them becoming actual delays. Ashley has great relationships with several partners throughout the industry, which helped us close quickly and pain-free. Ashley is an absolute treasure to work with, professionally and on a personal level. She is a beacon of light and positivity.
