Hi I'm Ashley Bosco. I have been part of the Brighton community for more than 10 years and absolutely love it. Myself along with my family have seen so much growth and development within the community. This is a place I am proud to be a part of and look forward to the years to come. I am a mother of 3 who enjoys watching and cheering them on at all their activities... I am transitioning from the automotive industry where I was an engineer for 20 years. Real estate has been a huge change, but I am so lucky to be able to finally fulfill my dream. Helping and interacting with others is something I love to do and take great pride in, I can't wait to see what the future holds. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure to be pre-approved so that you don't waste time looking at homes you are unable to purchase.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Talk to an agent before you make any updates to your home. Sometimes, people update things in their homes that do not make them extra money.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time home buyers. Veterans. Clients looking to downsize. Clients looking to find their forever home. Clients looking to invest in rentals. Condo owners and sellers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had a young couple, engineer and doctor. They lost out on many offers. Stuck with me and finally found their dream home. They also had me list their home. I still talk with them and they are extremely happy! My daughter babysits for them now. They trust me with their children.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
A few of my friends are agents. I wanted to start buying lake properties and Airbnb them. I have friends that own a brokage.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a bachelors degree as well as a licenses. I keep up on all the markets and what is happening today.
