We followed the aEURoebest practiceaEUR? advice of interviewing with three agents before making a decision. We picked Ashira because she knew the market, the area and listened to what we wanted. One of the other agents suggested a price more than 25K less than the asking price Ashira recommended. Ashira was responsive when we had any questions. And her assistant Amanda was an excellent and knowledgeable back-up. When we were negotiating with our buyer, Ashira made some smart recommendations that allowed our buyer to afford the house and provide us the highest sales price. We made a great choice when we decided to work with Ashira. She was extremely competent, appropriately aggressive and a pleasure to work with. We would be delighted to work with her again in the future.

We bought our first townhouse in 2013 in Howard County. We then sold that townhouse and bought a larger single family house in 2019. Each time, we used Ashira Barbosa as our realtor because she is the best! She and her team are friendly, professional and a joy to work with. Since my husband and I have combined professional backgrounds in architecture, construction and project management, we were sticklers for detail on every part of the process. Ashira was patient with us every step of the way answering all our questions while keeping focused on the task at hand. She never wavered from what she told us in the beginning, that we would find the perfect home. She was right when we bought our first home and she was right again the second time around with the stakes being higher having to sell a home and buy a home in the same year. Doing both is a stressful process but Ashira and her unflappable and positive personality helped us navigate the process with much more ease. Don't let her bubbly personality mislead you, Ashira is a master negotiator and in the end we got multiple offers over asking price for our townhome and our offer for the next house was accepted even though we weren't the highest offer.
