Repeat Customer for the acquisition (2014) and sale (2022) of this investment property! Where do I begin? I was actually one of Valeries first clients in 2014 when I was first dipping my feet into real estate investing. I was new to the complicated city of Baltimore, the market, and practically every element of the process of acquiring a property. As intimidating as that process can be, she made it painless and was a guiding arm through every step of the way. Fast forward to 2022, I decided to cash-in on that investment and hired Valerie without hesitation. With a full plate at work, a family, and a busy daughter, I didnt have time to handle the logistics of not only getting the place ready for sale, but also getting the sale price I wanted on this investment. As expected, she handled it all from facilitating the exit of my current tenants/key transfer, determining priority needs of the house prior to listing, coordinating cleaners, hiring maintenance as needed, buying the materials herself for the contractors to control all costs, hiring exceptional painters, providing whole-home staging to give buyers an attractive vision, competitively setting a listing price, and executing the sale in a timely fashion. As always, her communication was always transparent, on-going, and she remained patient with the hundreds of questions I would toss her way. I owe a big part of the success of this investment to her. Mike is excellent. We've known and worked with him for over 7 years. He is reliable, organized, on time, honest, and trustable. For example, he goes above and beyond to schedule the showings whenever it fit our schedule. Whenever a paperwork was to be prepared (offer, counter offer, condo documents etc), not only he had due diligence, he made the process seamless for us. He is dedicated and trustworthy; if something needed to be done in after hours or on the weekends, he was there ready to help us proceed. He gives you his honest opinion on the offers, but let you to decide whether to move forward or not. We recommend him with no hesitation.
We followed the aEURoebest practiceaEUR? advice of interviewing with three agents before making a decision. We picked Ashira because she knew the market, the area and listened to what we wanted. One of the other agents suggested a price more than 25K less than the asking price Ashira recommended. Ashira was responsive when we had any questions. And her assistant Amanda was an excellent and knowledgeable back-up. When we were negotiating with our buyer, Ashira made some smart recommendations that allowed our buyer to afford the house and provide us the highest sales price. We made a great choice when we decided to work with Ashira. She was extremely competent, appropriately aggressive and a pleasure to work with. We would be delighted to work with her again in the future.
We loved having Mike Fielder as our real estate agent when buying our new house. This is our third house we have purchased and he is hands down the best real estate agent we have had. He listens to you, is prompt with information and contact, and is willing to accept feedback. He knows the market well and is honest with his assessments. This is a tough market at the moment and he was on top of everything. Super friendly too. I highly recommend him. Looking forward to using him to sell our house.
It would behoove me if I didn't take the time to write this review (and we didn't even secure a home yet). Mike has been extremely tremendous as it relates to assisting my husband and I during a difficult seller's market. Mike has been attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and truly remarkable at teaching us as first time home buyers how to navigate. Mike spends the time walking through EVERY aspect of a house, ensuring that we are fully knowledgeable to his extent on every potential issue and/or selling point. The basics of a realtor is that they get to know your wants and needs, however, Mike takes it one step further by allowing us to see the home through his eyes as both a buying agent as well as someone who has their client's best interest at heart. At the end of each showing, should we like to move forward with an offer, he takes the time to go over what the best offer should be taking in ALL factors. We are truly fortunate to have the opportunity to continue to work with Mike through this crazy market and am more than confident we will secure something because of him.
