Arthur Richton

I have been in the Real Estate Business since 1990 serving both Sellers and Buyers in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. I am a Broker/Owner/Partner at Teamwork Realty Group in Longmeadow Massachusetts. My business partner (John Wynne) is a childhood friend who I have known for 55 years and counting. I am proud to work as part of a team of professionals which includes my son Dan and seven additional team members specializing in working with Buyers and Sellers. I am a lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts graduating from the former Classical High School and later with a Bachelor's Degree in Community Education specializing in Rehabilitation. My wife Theresa and I raised our two sons who were educated in both the Springfield and Longmeadow School Systems. Theresa passed away in 2001 from Breast Cancer. I remarried in 2003 and added two stepsons to my family. I continue to be extremely close to Theresa's family as well as my new extended family. For Twenty (20) years, I worked as a program coordinator at Monson Developmental Center working on providing employment opportunities for developmentally disabled adults. I had the privilege of working with many local businesses employing my clients. During my employment at Monson, my wife and I sold approximately 3 houses which attributed to me becoming attracted to the Real Estate Business. I have been an active part of my community through my participation in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and served as an Honorary Chairman of the event. I have also served on the board of Mass-West Enterprises Inc. a nonprofit board supporting the developmentally disabled. I have served on the board of directors for JGS Life Care (a senior living facility and campus) in Longmeadow, MA.
