Arthur Alderete is one of the best Real estate agents my family has had the pleasure to work with. Over 10 years ago Arthur helped us buy our first home. We were so satisfied then that this year we called Arthur to help us sell our other house. We are first time sellers so going into it we had a lot of concerns and questions, but Arthur helped us throughout the selling process by providing expectations and walking us through it step by step. He was extremely responsive and helped us feel better throughout each step. Selling a home can be really stressful. Arthur helped ease some of our stress by answering all our questions no matter how many times we asked. He always welcomed more questions as well. Arthur is also very accommodating as he is always willing to explain in both English and Spanish. We cannot say enough great things about Art, but we are thankful that he made this process incredible easy.
