We just closed on a beautiful home Pacific Grove with Peter as our agent. From the moment I saw what ultimately became our new home online and called Peter, he has provided us with the most seamless, responsive, diligent, patient, proactive, warm and uplifting experience we have ever had. (And I say this having bought and sold several homes in the last two decades.) Given the urgency of our purchase timeline and mine and my husband's insanely busy schedules, Peter scheduled several showings for us on extremely short notice the same day. The house we loved already had a seller counter offer out and loads of interest. But once he knew we had our heart set on it, Peter worked his magic and moved lightning fast to get our offer submitted and accepted before the other buyer responded - it was literally 10 hours from showing to acceptance of our offer! We couldn't have been more blessed to have Peter advocating on our behalf. Even after we went into contract, he continued working hard for us by negotiating items to be repaired by the seller prior to close of escrow, providing helpful weekly escrow updates and an electronic timeline to keep us on schedule given the zillion things that needed to happen for us to close within 3 weeks, recommending vendors during escrow (electrician, insurance agent) and after (contractor, handyman) and even performing a walkthrough on our behalf while we were we of the country. Every step of the way, Peter has been a consummate professional and on the personal level, an incredible source of support, advice and guidance with an always positive, can-do, helpful approach to each interaction.
