Ive used great realtors in the past, but Peter is next level great - more than competent, hes ultra reliable and knows exactly what hes doing. We needed him to handle everything, as we were selling the house from another state in what looked to be a very stressful process. I knew we were in great hands from the very first time I called Peter. He was in a grocery store, clearly juggling kids and a weak cell signal, but he was determined to take my call, follow up promptly, and devote all the time needed to answer my questions. Peter took care of literally ALL the thingsaEUR| He introduced me to the escrow officer even prior to signing the listing agreement, to make sure the paperwork was in place. He walked through the property and not only recommended how to prep it for listing, but he handled all details with his trusted contractor team, including specific repairs like fixing a mantelpiece, stretching out and deep cleaning the carpet instead of replacing it, epoxying the garage which I thought it didnt really need but WOW he was right, and doing a hundred other hardware and lighting upgrades and various details that made the place look brand new. He helped stage the house beautifully, sent photo and video updates throughout the whole listing prep process, and provided a highly detailed marketing package of everything you can think of - 3D, 2D, print marketing, social media, drone shots, to name a few. He handled the open houses and broker tour and gave me excellent advice - and then he helped negotiate great terms when weighing the offers that rolled in after only 13 days on the market.
